# GuacamoleClient - macOS Installation

The Avalonia client is the macOS-capable client. Native macOS installation guidance is still being expanded.

For now, use the macOS Avalonia ZIP artifacts from GitHub Releases when available.

## Planned Work

- Document macOS ARM64 and Intel x64 installation steps.
- Evaluate signing, notarization, and packaging options.
- Keep update-channel behavior aligned with the other desktop deployment paths.
